Siapa yang tak makan malam, cepat tua!!!

Ni sedikit perkongsian dari apa yang saya belajar dalam kelas dulu... Kita blaja omputeh sket yer... hehehe...

1. Rasulullah saw said,' The stomach is adobe of disease'. And he also said '...if the stomach is diseased, then the blood vessels end up becoming diseased as well.'

Haaa...betul apa, banyak penyakit yang bermula dari perut, maksudnya bermula dari pemakanan la... Contohnya, makan manis manyak2, kencing manis lah jawabnya... Makan ikan kering, masin2 manyak2, darah tinggi... kan3???

2. Rasulullah saw said,' ... If possibble, one third of stomach is for food, one third for drink, and one third for one's breath.'

Stomach kita ni capacity nye 500-600g je... Pandai2lah kita bahagi yer~

3. Rasullullah saw said,' The believer puts food into one stomach, the unbeliever into seven.'

Mak ai, banyaknye perut...sampai 7??? Bukan macam tuh, makanan yang kita makan dari mulut sampai lah jadi najis mutawassitah yang keluar dari anus tuh, melalui 7 bahagian... jap saya bilang yer: oesophagus, stomach, duodenum, jejunum, ileum, colon, rectum... haaa, betullah tujuh... Ingat, kita kena isi perut je... bukan makan sampai isi semua ruang dan manpatkan semua bahagian2 ni.

4. Rasulullah saw said,' Digest your food with the name of Allah,  And do not go to sleep immediately after eating, for this will make you constipated.'

Jangan tidur terus yer lepas makan, nanti sembelit...

5. Rasulullah saw said,' Eat some supper, even if it only a handful of dry bread, for going without evening meal makes you grow old.'
(This was transmitted by at-Tirmidhi)

Jeng3, siapa yang sebelum ni cakap "eee, xmau la makan malam, nanti gemuk".... Hahahaha... mungkin kamu akan kurus, tapi kamu akan kelihatan lebih tua... So, betullkan diet, at least makan something for dinner ok... Apa yang saya belajar dalam bab perut2 nih memang enzim2 untuk pencernaan banyak di waktu petang berbanding waktu2 yang lain. If nak diet sangat, take your breakfast, skip your lunch, but make sure you have your dinner...

Makan niat mengikut sunnah, semoga pahala mengiringi kita~
